I want to make a site that I can have my own domain name for free and not have to pay ... does anyone know a site I can do that on?

I don't know any sites that are free most of them you have to pay a fee especially if you want a good 1

I don't think that exists, unless it's a scam like the 'free ipod' sites. But you can register a domain name for less than $10 if you look around, and you can find free hosting all over the place.
