I'm 5'2 and I'm female and probably weigh about 130 my fat is around my waist and upper arms.My legs are skinny.I somewhat let myself go.I want to lose the fat and tone my whole body in a REALLY QUICK amount of time since it's Spring already!!!Any...

Do at least an hour of exercise every day and eat healthy food.

walk and jog one a hour a day. DON't eat any sugar except for fruit in the morning and don't eat any carbs, no bread, no pasta etc... no cereal no rice, just vegetables and meat, fish better! in two weeks you will be a hot mama!! sorry it is almost spring break...
