how to lose 40lbs fast

I really need help losing 4Lbs that I have put on in the last 4 years.the problem is that because I put in on in my butt ,thigh,breast area(went from 36c to38f)most people don’t really see it as being a problem.I would like to drop at least 15 in the next three weeks,is this possible and will I be able to make it to work without passing out?pills normally make my heart race tried this method eariler this week.I have also changed the birth control that I was on for the last 4 years.any ideas would help.

-Make water your primary drink after breakfast -Eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juice -No salad dressing, use vinegar instead -Cut out the carbs - white foods -Don’t eat anything with fructose syrup or ingredients you can’t pronounce -Eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones -Dont eat after 6pm -Organize your pantry into portion sizes. Big bags of chips - take them and seperate into zip lock bags. Your less likely to over eat if they are already portioned. -Eat at home 90 percent of the time so you KNOW what you are eating -Use spices instead of buttery flavorings -Use smaller plates -Write down everything you eat - your less likely to overeat when you see how much you have eaten that day -Keep healthy snacks in your purse so you wont be tempted to buy junk out the vending machines -No fried foods - only grilled or baked
