How to get my period every month?

How can I make my period come every month without being late??
Cause it passed 2 months and I still didn't get my period! And thats not the problem, my bigger problem is that it never passed 2 months!!!
Please people help me!!!

only 13!! And I'm not pregnant, cause I didn't have sex!!!

When you're that young, your body is still trying to adjust from all the changes it is going through. You might try considering birth control, even though you aren't sexually active. A friend of mine had very irregular periods, and finally they had to put her on the pill to regulate them.
