How to get my ex-boyfriend back?

I went out with this guy and I love him sooo much but we broke up in September of 2007! I haven't gotten over him and I know that he has at least a little bit of feelings for me. How do I ask him out again or should I wait???

start talking to him if you don't, and then just tell him how you really feel and get it over with.

I would wait until he asks you out. But do talk to him, maybe you can talk about why you broke up.
