How to get into a sleeping pattern for work?

Right, I work full-time in a factory doing 12 hour shifts ~ 6am til 6pm
I wake up at around 4.45am to get prepared and wake up
The thing is I wake up feeling exausted because I cannot sleep early, I get to sleep roughly around 12-1am

wondering if any of you all have any tips in getting into a sleeping pattern, to get to sleep early!

Oh and I have quit caffene after 1pm and dont eat sugary foods a few hours before I sleep...

just lay in bed from like 8pm until you fall asleep...try sleeping pills or something. youll be less tired than if you were running around the house at 11pm. eventually it will work.

dont listen to black rose do not resort to sleeping pills I worked overnight for a year and what I did was just stay up until you are tired your body will gradually get tired earlier and earlier till you fall into a routine that works for u
