I'v strayed away from my diet and exersize through severe stress and upset, and I'm upset I havnt stuck with my diet, but I'v been so down I stopped exersising apart from sit ups which somhow made me gain weight and make my stomach look thicker from a...

side angle :S sad

but yeah everything sucks, help!

situps did not make you get or look fatter. You simply strayed from your plan and gained weight. stop looking for excuses not to excersize and follow your diet plan. excersize will help you beat your depression. make it a priority. why even bother in the first place if you aren't going to stick with it?

Think that's a bit harsh, don't you wrassler,
it is hard to stick with anything feeling down, there is no excus.

the best kind of work outs are short but intense.
For instance, running for 2 mins, then stop for ten. Run again, but a bit longer, then stop for 10. Squats are good for legs. Do full body work outs. Do something different.
