ok when you do your toe touch keep your head up and yor back straight.
to practice getting your legs up higher and into better for sit on the ground in the toe touch position (how you would be in the air but instead our on the ground) and make sure your back is straight and just lift up your right leg 10 times then your left leg
its definetly helps! you can do more or less at a time and you can do it as much as you want.
on and make sure you stretch and keep practicing. good luck!
practice leaning against the wall with one leg
straight touching the wall, and someone else holding
up your leg and raising it higher, but holding it for like 10 secs.
then switch legs, after try doing th splits. trust me it will make your
more flexable, making your jumps better and higer. the tighter the shoes
anr better I find

Ok so I have at least 4 and a half months until my cheerleading tryouts. (im only 13) so one of the requirments is my toetouch. I've been trying but I don't know what im doing wrong. Does anyone here have any tips they would like to give me?
