don't study for a long time
like study for 30 minutes and then take a 5 minute break and then start studying again!!
and during the break try to repeat what you were just studying but in your head (not looking at the book)
or try finding fun ways to remember the answers (or make flash cards) thats what I always do and I'm a honor student
