hi x I need some help on getting a training bra I think im ready but im scared to ask my mom any tip on how to make them grow aswell does milk work because I dont like the to just drink it so any other ways of getting milk aswell

I remember my first training bra, I was at the store and I looked at my mom and said CAN I GET ONE??.. and thats how I did it.. and about the growing part I dont think you can do anything about it, your body is the way it is, and it will grow on its own paste...

Training bras do nothing.

Wait until you're large enough to use a real one.

And you will grow at your own pace.
