How often do you usually drink soda?

I know I don't drink a lot of Soda. I drink one bottle every 2-4 weeks. But it's diet soda, usually, so I'm not sure if that makes it any worse or not...

Anyway, I was curious how often other people drink soda.

I drink soda about every 3 weeks, or sometimes over a month. I don't usually finish the bottle, but I drink mostly diet soda, too.

Sometimes I drink one Coke 0 can a day.

I usually have a can a day, in the evening with dinner- I know, it can't be that great for me, but I eat a balanced diet, so there's nothing wrong with a treat.

I like soda as well.

As I see it diet sodas have artificial sweeteners that probably aren't good for you.

Most regular sodas have high fructose corn syrup which probably isn't good for you.

All sodas have phosphoric acid which depleats bones of calcium.

I have an occasional soda. Sometimes I buy Mexican Coke which is made with real cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. Some high-end sodas also use cane sugar (Jones is probably the most common and their green apple soda is unique and tasty).

I drink diet coke everyday.

I like soda every once in a while. like pepsi or dr. p. but I gave it up for lent, hahaha, so I havent had any for a few weeks. =P

I used to be a Diet Sundrop freak. Anyone that lives in Tennessee knows what I'm talking about. I would drink at least a 6 pack of 20 0z bottles a day until I had my motorcycle accident. I wont go into the details but because of the wreck Iwas not allowed to drink anything carbonated at all so I switched to drinking water with the flavored drink sticks made by Crystal Light or WalMart. Now I have banned anything with aspartame. I still drink my water but the only drink sticks I found without aspartame are the ones made by Propel.

I miss my Sundrop.
