How much would it cost to have highlights on long black hair?

I live in Wales in Uk, we're 30 minutes away from cardiff. Well I was thinking of making myself look different as I never did anything with myself image to look different and I want a change =D

I was thinking of having light brown as highlights as...

full head I think :S Im not really sure as I only went to the hair dresser once to get my hair done for prom thats all, my hair never have been cut short so its down to my waist.

It's long, thick and black how much overall do you think it will cost me to have full head highlights?

well I work in a solon and it really just depends how much they charge for highliting. some salons charge for the length and some dont. the best way to know is go ask a couple of salons and see wich price your willing to pay.
