How much weight can I lose in just 2 weeks?

Im going on holiday in 2 weeks and want to lose at least 7 llbs and tone up all my flab on my tummy, arms and legs. if I eat lots of fruit, veg, chicken and fish and cut out a lot of carbs and exercise every other day for the next 2 weeks will it make a big difference?

I am a 22 year old female, height 5’ 2’’ and weight about 126 llbs after putting on 11 llbs over the last few months.

I should assume that word work, I also suggest drinking at least 6 pints of water a day. Don’t over do that though, and I’d say try doing a small amount of exercise every other day, maybe 20 push ups? You can really feel those working when you want to tone your stomach.

Be careful and don’t get carried away with losing it! Keep check that you’re eating enough as well as cutting out the junk. Have fun on holiday!

Answer #2

if you live in a neighborhood, try walking for 30 minutes every day, do sit ups and push ups. the more muscle you have, the easier you burn calories. therefore you will be able to eat some what of what you want, as long as it’s not lets say, chocolate every meal, and you can go walk, and burn off the calories. try and maintain a routine every day around your schedule. even if it’s walking around your house 20 times, the littlest things helps.

have funnn on your trip.

Fruit is good for you, but some fruit is very heavy on the sugar. Be careful and good luck.
