How much does an ipod cost?

Does anyone know how much an ipod cost? My mom keeps saying that I'm going to get one, but she says that how much they cost could be a problem. She says that they are probably around $100. Does anybody know how much they actually cost? I know that they are more than $100.

There are a number of iPod models ranging from a 1 GB iPod Shuffle for $79 to a 160 GB iPod Classic for $349 and the new iPod Touch for $399.

I have a first generation iPod Nano and really like it. I have the 2 GB model so I can't load my entire CD collection on it but I can fit an awful lot on it.

I talked to my mom today and she said that the one I had before (my old one got stolen), she's going to get me the same one. And it costed $100. But it's going to take her a while to get my new ipod. Around maybe 2 or 3 weeks. Thanks for your advice.
