I have to admit to a gross lack of knowledge of Finland. Sorry.
That reflects badly on me.
I would say, possibly polar bears as they are northern hemisphere inhabitants.

And I seem to vaugely recall some stories concerning WW2.

hehe, there are no polarbears or penguins or anything like that in Finland And we speak finnish . But you shouldnt feel sorry for not knowing much about Finland, most people dont know even that much that you do

You're all beautiful. And you all have really hot accents. You sell reindeer meat. Finland is quite a cold country. You don't like to be associated with Swedes(?) You gained independence from Russia(?) You have the best rock music in the world.
