Well that depends on the type of clubs you go to and the region and country and regulations also.They range from showing off just their boobs , completely naked but not too explicit, naked and explicit,naked explicit and ..mmm you know lah lol.
I've never been in one in the US though so it may vary.

Im pretty sure you can choose if you'd like to be full on nude or just in a bra and thong and do a poll dance.

I've never considered stripping but I have considered being a go-go dancer in a cage where people cant touch me, they just move from side to side.
my friends do that a lot in vegas, and they make pretty good money (they arent nude)

The laws vary from state to state, but the most common are either G-Strings and Pasties or all-nude.

The thing is, in every strip club, regardless of how much skin they are allowed to reveal, there is extreme pressure to be more and more provocative and more and more sexual. I've seen girls in G-Strings put they're legs over a customer's shoulders and gyrate their crotches mere inches from his face. Not only that, but a pastie only covers the nipple and the areola so the majority of your breasts are still exposed. Thus many girls end up rubbing those exposed breasts against the face of a customer during a 'private' or lap dance.

Either way, regardless of the amount of nudity allowed in clubs in your area, there is still pressure to make the dancing a sexual act. I'd stay away from it if I was you and consider a job that focuses your dancing rather than your sexuality. 'Go-Go' or cage dancing in a dance club is entirely different from stripping and not nearly as bad.

Depends on the club and their rules. Some places are fully nude, some are topless, some are topless but you have to wear pasties to cover the nipples, some are bikini clubs where you strip down to a bra top/bikini top and a g-string/thong while on stage and the champange room is topless.

It all depends, some places have rules where there has to be a few feet between you and the dancer during a lapdance, some don't have that rule.
