How much are these coins worth?

hey I have these two coins one is kind of a penny color but it looks worn so it could have been gold color there not round they look hand made and I think there spanish one is silverish and the other is goldish but there faded soo. the golg one is about...

the size of a nickel and the other a toonie the gold one is titled gold cob pistole pistole bout Barre dor everything is cappatalized and there are small flowers and leaves around themand on the other side looks like it had 2 cappital letter I's crossing eachother then the rest isnt clear and the larger coin says eigth reales silver cob pesobout barres dargent and it has little dots along the rim with nice curvesand the other side is definantly a coat of arms I cannot make out what is on it I think there might bea dragon or a lion or sumthing like that and a crown but im not sure because theres a white chalky type stuff covering them from sitting neer chalk and the rim on this side is the same as the other side what is there value and what year are they??? also how do I get the chalk off

It sounds like you've found some old pesos. The emblem with the animal is probably a bird of some sort (they made them look really rough and tough back in the day). Unless they were taken out of circulation entirely, you probably won't get much (if anything) for them. Since you don't have an image of them I can't say I'm entirely sure but from the description I'd be willing to bet that's what they are. To be sure, take them to a local coin shop and have someone check them out.

ill try to upload a few immages in a bit I asked some people and they said they wer pure silver and gold and anything I've found for prices said the gold one was worth 867.12american$ and the silverone any were from 224.15-438.47american$

I think the animals are sumsort of lion and an eagle the coins look like they are early 1700's it will take me a bit to get images because my mom has the camera and shes not here ill try and find sum on google
