How long should your period last?

I'm 14, and I've had my period 4 bout 2 years, and it hasn't evened out yet. but for the last few I've had, I bled 4 bout 2 days, and then stopped for a few days, and then started again 4 another 3 days. is this normal?

In my oppion you should either talk to your mom and or go to the doctor but you are only 14 so don't stress about it right now because your body is still adjusting and your period is not normal yet just give it some time I had the same thing happen to me when I was around your age when I was younger my period would last for about 7 days and now it usally last's like 3 or 4 days and it is wonderful.
