How long does your homework take you every night?

Okay lately I feel like I’ve been getting way to much work from teachers. I’m taking 3 courses and 1 online. I have Math 20 Pure, Social 20, Calm 20, and Biology 20. I do about 2 hours of homework a night and it a have a test another 1/2 hr to study. I think thats way to much homework and my grades are not even that great like low and high 80’s. Does anyone else get this much homework?

i take 3 1/2 hours to do my homework (or maybe even more). Im really slow at stuff. And i get grades in 80s or below. Very often do i get 100s or 90s. Im trying to be faster at many things in life and one of them is homework…

It might just take you longer to do the work. Some people just learn at a slower pace. It sounds like you have a challenging schedule too - so I wouldn’t worry about the time too much. Just think of how much this experience is helping you if you decide to go to college!

Your work load is dependent on the courses you take and the teaching style of your instructor. You’ll find that people will give you mixed answers, some will have less, the same, and even more work than you. If you’re trying to get an idea of your work load you should be comparing with the kids in your school or, even better, in your classes.

When I was in high school, I had 5 classes. I didn’t have that much work, but mainly because my focus was on art and 3 of my 5 classes were art electives.

I never get homework and im in year nine!
