Your antibiotics should tell you this on the leaflet. At most I think it's 2weeks (I do work experience in hospital and we constantly get patients in with MRSA without symptoms and we usually barrier nurse them for around a week) but obviously you need to go to the doctors to get regular cultures of the infected areas to tell for sure (or at least this is what we do with our patients). But just make sure you complete the entire antibiotics course. I'm sure you'll be fine by the time school starts!
Hope this helps x
