How long does it take to see the damage?

Yesterday I ate so much.. Half a pack of digestiives.. 3 slices of bread with jam.. Half a malt loaf and some chocolate..that was just after dinner ! So I had all my other meals.. I was just wondering if I had put on any weight would it be noticeable now ??. Thankyouu for any replys!! X
