How long does it take to forget someone you love?
So I am 19 years old and I am gay 3 years ago I what I thought was the love of my life it was all good for almost 2 years and than it ended! From that day on we have not talked, its been almost 10 months and I still love him a lot and miss him, I push other people that want to start a relationship with me away , I don’t know what to do?

Here’s is what you should do… First, try not to think about him or have topics discussions that relate to him. secondly, do not play any music, go to stores, places, clubs, etc etc, that’s relevant to him or make you think about him. Try acting preppy like nothing doesn’t bothers you (this had work for me in a past relationship).. Throw everything out that reminds you of him if you are truly trying to get over him… I am a 23 year old gay male and proud of it… It took me four years that I’ve been with the guy to get over him. Sometimes it may takes as long as the relations lasted before you can get over person… Who knows? I say give it a try and see…
