is theere a helthy way to lose a lot of wight fast??? and dose it work???

no weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

ik youd probably think that eating rite and exscersisng is so hard and dosent always help. it depends on how focused you are and dedicated. rite now I am most dedicated to losing my weight! take out all sweets and drink only water. eat fruits for breakfast and a normal lunch but no second helpings. cut down on mayo and cheese! they are terrible for you. and exsersise atleast 3 times a week! if you see something like a sweet or soemthing yummy that is bad for you. picture it as something so faul to you. soemting that would make you throw uop but not lteraly
