How do you remember dreams?

I need help to remember dreams cause I have lots of dreams that have meanings and they really help me out in life and I also have dejavu a lot which is awesome by the way im talking about having dreams then remembering them right when you wake up not...

what I do is: when I wake up I always have my dream journal on my desk write everythiing I can remember. you remember more dreams when you just wake up because your half unconcious and half awake and the dreams are still in your head instead of dissapearing into thin air. I hope I helped

Keep a journal by your bed and write down your dreams the second you wake up. We are far more able to remember and access them at this time than we will be later, even 15 minutes later.

I dont know if theres a way to help you to remember. But a lot of dreams that you remember mostly have a important meaning to it.. and I also agree, dreams help me out in life, so I try to rmember also, so I've been writing my dreams down at night.. might be wierd but its been a schedule for me hah.. It can also depend on your sleep patterning depend on when you wake up in your dream state.. when you wake up closer to your dream state you tend to remember more.. for me I remember most of my dreams bc I wake up mostly at 3 (between my dreams, easier for me to remember)
