How do you make your underarms look like hair doesnt grow there?

Under my armpits, everytime I shave and hen lift my arms up its darkish, and when you look closely you can see the hair under the skin, does exfoliating help?
then same thing down there you can still see it after I shave, how do you shave both parts...

properly to make it look 'invisible' and smooth?!

maybe you could try bleaching them
youll need to let them fully grow back and then bleach them
leaving them almost invisible unless you were to look extreemly closly or have a feel
