How do you make like small letters and underlined letters and any other type of letters.
like I know how to make big ones..

I'm not sure I understand your question.

But if you mean how to make various types of letters on the computer (NOT when you're on funadvice or many other email systems, but when you're in Word):

1. click on Format at the top of the page
2. you should get an option that says 'Characters' (sometimes Fonts or Effects)
3. and there you'll find all kinds of choices : all CAPS, underlined, bold, small caps - but that's for when you're in a Word document., not funadvice or many email systems.
4. So if you need those special effects in something you're going to send, put them in a Word document and then send it as an attachment.
