Depends who you mean..If a parent is using corporal punishment, such a belt across the butt or a stick with holes, then it isn't anything unless they break bones. If it is anyone BUT your legal guardian, it is assault the second you say no.

It's assault as soon as the person takes away your choice, or when you feel emotional or physical pain.. It just all depends what's happening. If it's against your will, but the person continues, it is assault.

As soon as a hand is laid on another person in anger this can be called assault. It is only legal in Canada to lightly spank a child on the butt and if you leave a mark this will be assault. If you say no to any sexual advancements and they touch you it is sexual assault.

you do not have to physically touch someone to assault them. an assault could simply be an attempt to menace someone just causing them to be in fear for their safety. putting another person in imminent fear of bodily harm is assault. good luck.

if he or she touches you in any way with force then then thats when to call 911 for police backup to stop it know if he or she does that you can take them to courtb also you could get a regtring order aginst him
