how can you tell the age of a pregnancy ?? I mean, when do you start counting? how do you know how many weeks your in ?

I know the doctor can tell, and sometimes how big your belly is.

Usually your doc tells you a guess at the time of conception and you count from there. If you can remember when you had the act that made you pregnant you could count from there too.
