How do you get rid of the cid virus?

Hi there is a CiD virus on my computer and I don't understand why. I deleted my Google Toolbar, and Limewire Download, but the CiD pop-ups keep coming up when I'm on the internet. Please tell me if there is a program or possible way to get rid of the CiD...

You can find an uninstaller wizard in your control panel, I believe.

Start -- Settings -- Control Panel -- Add/Remove Programs. You might be able to find the uninstaller in there, labeled CiD Help.
