most tube type and flv videos can be downloaded with this:

just download it, install it and open your web browser. when there is a video displayed on the page that can be downloaded you just click the download button on your toolbar. it will work on all youtube files and anything of that sort.

There are various ways, also depends on the site you want to get those videos, because some of them aren’t in flash video formats, as it’s youtube. For youtube, you can try any youtube downloader, but also there are some sites with rtmp-e formats, which can’t be downloaded with the common downloader. Those formats must be captured with some sorts of screencapture software. There are many software which can capture video streaming, but the one I’d like to recommend is audials one, cause it also can convert all the files into the formats you need, even 3 gp.
