Toys for Tots is very good. It is operated by the marine corps. the angel tree is also good. usually a mall will have one. you go and select a person name. buy what they want and return it, wrapped, with no bow, and with the person's name or id# taped securly on the gift.
You can also contact a local children's home. This is what I usually do. I contact them close to christmas and ask for the names of the children that don't have gifts under the tree yet. They supply me with a list of names, ages and clothes sizes or toy wish list. I contact all my friends and we fill every child's wants. Everyone should have a gift for christmas from santa. and I am jewish. lol
