How do you create really big hair?

I was wondering how you could create really big, volumised hair. If you grow your hair long, is it harder to get such volume?

well I would guess you would have to use a TONNN of hairspray but I dont know, when I was 16 I got a perm and now if I dont blow dry my hair and then run a straightner through it OMG it is crazy big

get ya some mouse dont use a lot but only use it at the roots and blowdry it upside down till its bout half dry then use sum hairspray then funish drying it upside down
