How do you make something feel waxy?

How do I make the new enlarged object feel somewhat waxy? do I use wax paper?
please remember im on a budget and the store im most likel going 2 is walmart

what the heck is floor wax? and is that expensive?

It's just a wax that you put on your floors to make them shine...it's pretty cheap - usually between $8 - $20.
