How do i use apostrophes correctly?

rocks Asked by steve over 2 years ago, 1 answer.

How do I use apostrophes correctly? My grammar isn't always the best (whose is?) and I'd like to know, aside from contractions, where else is it grammatically correct to use an apostrophe?

i'm not too good with grammer either...but i happen to know that when ever you are saying that some one owns something, you would use an apostraphe
EX) Jamie's dog has fleas.
(you would ad an apotraphe and an s to the end of the name)
so basically when you are showing the owner ship of something and during contractions
HOPE I HELPED! :-)
