Download a program called floola, it will allow you to use your iphone as if it is a regular mp3, and you can drag and drop the files you want to put onto your ipod, as if you are using a memory stick, pendrive, or extrenal hard drive. If you can't find a download, get utorrent, then find a torrent from either torrent-finder.net or thepiratebay.
