Do the division on a calculator, then mulitply by 100.
Example:
*15/35*
Do 15 divided by 25 then multiply by 100 and you get the answer.

use a calculator, do 15 divided by 35 and round to the first 2 decimals. 15/35's would be 43%

Yes I know if it's like 40/100 obviously I know that, but what if it's like 15/35. Can someone give me an example?
