if you are dancing there isn't much you can really do about your calf muscles. The two things that would be recommended would be try more aerobic exercises with those muscles (long story short marathoners aren't bulky, power lifters are) and stretching. As you dance those should be covered since you should be pretty flexible and you should be doing regular areobic activity.
Since you are already dancing really you should just work with your diet, and eat less junk food. It's difficult I understand. Dancers can end up with a strict diet because of the lifts with the male dancers which require them to keep their weight down.
Well longer than it needs to be, but basically, cut out the junk food. That's all. I recommend against extra physical activities because dancers can easily over train their bodies and get injured very easily.
