How do i tell my parents i might be pregnant?

I am 17 almost 18 and my boyfriend is 20 and I don't know how to tell my parents I am pregnant! And can you have your period and still be pregnant?

first make sure that u are...oh and by the way, it is VERY unlikely to be if you have ur period right now. your period has to stop completely. have you been to the doctor? you should go before doing anything.

you should tell your partner you are pregnant because how do you now he might be very happy to have a baby with you and you need to make sure that you are pregnant before you do tell him. if you are having your periods then you are not pregnant but good look with telling him and good look if you are pregnant.

i know a few girls who have had ther periods when they wre pregnant...my sister has just turned 15 and is dating a 21 yr old she just found out she was pregnant she told mum by asking her to get a pregnancy test...if you have already had your period i would think getting a test before you tell your mum is the best bet

yes some girls have a period while pregnant for the first few months or all pregnancy if you think you may be pregnant but still getting periods take a pregnancy test and find out so you know if your are pregnant or go to the doctors and get a blood test done. age doesn't matter . Make sure that you are pregnant first if you did test then got your period it could of been a miscarriage. not every girl gets a period while pregnant. I got IMPLANTATION BLEEDING i didn't go round saying I were pregnant cause I got my period 2 weeks after. I did experience pregnancy symptoms for all I know I could be having a period while pregnant. I had Implantation bleeding in May. Its now September my period was 1 day late for no reason and I'm not well I have movement on my left side its weird its gone it was something moving like twitching lol and i keep sneezing having headaches , backache

it is very possible to have your period the whole time that you are pregnant it just depends and make sure you take the home test or go to a doctor to confirm the pregnancy and keep an open relationship wih the partner and that you keep them informed it is always good to hve someone there with you and then you can have them there when you tell the parents just know that you CAN have your period the entire pregnancy

im 16 years old and I had my baby at the age of 15 and through out my hole pregnancy I had my normal periods. but just to make sure I think you should go see a doctor. good Luck!
