about every 1-2 hour you need to feed it night crawlers(cut them into small sizes). Use eyebrow tweezers to gently put the worms down the birds throat. Be careful not to put it down its air pipe. Also use an eye dropper to give it drops of water ...little bits of a time, so it doesne choke.
Use a hot water bottle in its box to help keep it warm, and clean the droppings ofter.
You may also want to call a wild life center in your area. The harderst part about raising wild animals is latting them go back into the wild as they are often rejected and attacted by their own kind.
Good luck.

Good advice sukimamma...that's what I'd do...when it's ready to leave your nest...let it go...don't try to keep it...it can learn from other birds how to feed itself.
