How do I straighten my hair?

You know hair extensions...? the look smooth and incredibly straight. My hairdresser made my hair like that, annoyingly I wasn't listening so I don't know how to get that hair back. How do you get PERFECT straight hair?? I have these tools: ceramic hair straightener, straightening cream, blow drying cream and a hairdryer.

When I straighten mine,I do it when it's dry.Otherwise it gets frizzy.
I use a high temperature on it,too,though its not recommended,it damages your hair.
I dont use any of that fancy cream stuff.

Well I see you have the tools so heres what you do you tie some of your hair up and leave some down...after that you take little water not a lot or it will become frizzy..place the water in your hand and damp it on hair...then your straight your hair at the bottom with the straightener...and then add the straighting cream...then you lose out somehair at the top and keep doing it until its perfect...BUT if you want your hair like this for school or to go to a party ..I advise you to do it an half an hour early or andhour depends...

I tend to dry my hair first and brush it straight as best I can. Then I put in straightening cream that has a protectant in it and I divide my hair into sections. I straighten each section from the bottom layer of my hair first to the top and then I put in shine spray.

I don't know about Afro-American (or black) hair but I know that for white hair, you can get a permanent kit and follow the directions, only, instead of curling your hair, comb it straight. It really works great!
