Just play with her, pet her, and snuggle with her. Other than food/water, that's all dogs really want.
Well, all you got to do is pay a lot of attention to her. Play with her, talk to her...
I love all 4 of my dogs, actually. :DD
as everyone says, just lots of kisses, ruffles of the fur (my cat sleep on my pillow!) - but you know if your dog loves you, and he knows if you love him...an unspoken love...ahhh
Of course, loves and snuggles...kindness, fairness, and respect also go a long way...
The number one thing you can do for your dog, is to be a fair and consistant leader...to understand (study up) on how dogs think, so you can be everything she needs in a leader.

I agree with everyone. And here's one obvious DON'T:
I met a lady today with an obese cocker spaniel. I know she and her mum love that dog but they really aren't showing it - stuffing it full of treats all day is killing it, even though they clearly think differently.

How do I show love to my dog?
