am going to switch to city of villians wow is so dull to me and so boring how do kill my account and if I do will they still take money out

Go to the world of warcraft website and in your account management settings you can quit your subscriptions.

Just quot buying time cards. You won't have to pay anymore. Plus if you ever want to start up again just but another time card. XD Hope it helps. *laughs*
