I walk by her day b yday wondering if she'll ever know how I feel wondering if she'll ever return my gaze how do I let her know how I feel

Ask her out to chill, not on a date. Get to know eachother, talk, laugh, etc. Then, if you really are sure about it, ask her on a real date.
