try having 6 small meals a day and then run in u can hav u tried all fruits and veggies try as many as u can and c if u like any cuz that will probably help u cuz meats just add up 2 fat and energy and about ur thighs do u hav big thighs and want 2 lose weight or good sized thighs and just want 2 lose some pounds in ur thighs if u hav big 1's u might want 2 try leg pressing and runnin daily but becareful on the leg press if u do do it make sure u dont exceed wat u can do take it slow becuz if u lift 2 heavy of weight u could damage ur knees bad and if u hav normal sized thighs leg press will only get rid of sum fat but then ur thigh will prob get bigger but it will b muscle not fat which would not help in getter smaller but i would say just runnin daliy 4 normal sized thighs

How do i lose weight when i don't eat all fruits and veggies?
I'm 13, and I turn 14 in June, 2007, and I'm about 5 ft 3 and I weigh about 125lbs. I think I'm overweight, but my friends say I'm not. I'd like to lose about 10 lbs or so, and I'd like to have skinnier thighs, but I don't know how to do it. I don't like...
salads or anything like that or carrots and I only eat corn as a vegetable and bananas or apples as fruits. How could I lose weight?
