how do I loose my lower Bellyfat?

omg I have a six pack and then a little a small bump and that small bump bothers me how do I get rid of it I swim and run and bike??I’ve tried it all!!!

I agree with frecklz27467 lol I have thee samee thing!!! I do 2oo crunches 2oo side crunches 2oo leg lifts and 5o pushups and my lil “bump” is going down. yu shud try. great results. twice a day. yu’ll see results in about 4 weeks I suppose. maybe even sooner

I had that to an I never knew how to loose but I lost mine by layin on the floor put your feet under the bed an do lil sit ups dont go all the way up go up till your finger tip touched past your knee o lay half way on the bed an do lil sit ups every 20 at nite an in the morning hope it helps

I do situps. the result works. I mean your gonna have to do it a few times a day for days in a row, but theres some good results :))

o my gosh!! I didnt think that anyone else has that…I have a four pack and I’ve always had a little bump and im sick of it because it looks li ke im fat when I have a lot of muscle.

look if you have a six pack above it then your more toned than most chicks

that little bump is little part that defines you as a woman, so dont think that guys are repulsed by it or anything it’s cute and feminine
