How do i know if i'm pregnant without a pregnancy test?

I had my last period started on 8/22/08, I was suppose to have my period on 9/22/08 but today is 9/29/08 and nothing yet. I've had my breast very swollen since yesterday and a few cramps before the 22th of this month, I do get dizzy but that's nothing...

new I often get dizzy, I'm very scare to take a pregnancy test cause it could be negative and give been trying 9 months and nothing. Please help me : )

These symptoms could be a million things - not testing will just stress you out and if you are pregnant the stress will be too much pressure for the baby to develop properly. A pregnancy test is the *only* way of for sure knowing.

I don't want to get your hopes up, but it's a possibility - especially if you have regular cycles.

My sister-in-law tried for 2 years before finally getting pregnant - sometimes it's just the luck of the draw :-)

okay well I know a couple of symptoms..
1. dizzyness
2. you miss your period
3. swollen or tender breasts
3. morning sickness
4. mood swings
5. loss of apetite
6. cravings...
7. also that crampin your getting..along with some spotting..or bleeding.

There are only two ways of knowing for sure: take the pregnancy test, or wait months and see if your belly swells.
So please take the test. The sooner the test, the sooner you can begin pre-natal care for the optimal health of your baby.
I know how disheartening it can be to see the negative results when you have been trying so hard.

take an online pregnancy predictor, just type that in a google search. It gives you a probility like 84% ect.. also it can tell you how far you could be, when you should be ready to take a test, ect..

I have messed up periods and I haven't had on for About for four months. And I have been gaining weight very quickly but I have no signs. Does that mean I could be prego!! I don't know and I've tried home test and they all came out nigatve!!
