How do i get rid of dandruff?

I've had dandruff for a while now. I've tried many dandruff shampoos, but they only help me for a little while. Is there any way to get rid of it for good?

Mix a cup of vinegar with 3 cups of water.
Wash your hair with it,
leave it in,DONT USE SHAMPOO
I recommend doing it at night and taking a normal shower in the morning.

There is no way to really get rid of it for good, just keep using the shampoos every day or other day.

Well my friend use to have a bit of a dandruff problem I suggest when you shower you should rinse and scrub your scalp well to make sure there's no dead skin or shampoo residue...=]
