How do I get my itunes back?

I don't know what happened, but today when I logged online & opened my itunes, all of my play lists were deleted, and there were no songs on it what so ever. I had a crapload of songs I downloaded and BOUGHT on it, and now if I charge my ipod, all the songs will delete. I cant write down all of the songs that I bought, because my ipods dead! what do I do/ how can I get my play lists back? has this ever happened to any 1 else before?

ya, it happened to my aunt, and she doesn't know why either!!
she tried and tried different things but nothing worked and she had to download the songs and buy them all over again!!
