How do i get my favorites tab on aol back

I am on internet explorer now. when I enter aol my favorites tab does not come up. how do I access my favorites and get the tab back? all of my banking and important searches on on my favorites. do I have to subscribe to aol to access this info?

Hi,

You should be able to restore for your screen name by going to Settings -- Favorite Places. If that doesn't work, you should call AOL customer support (1-888-346-3704) and they should restore it manually for you.
