How do I get internet on my laptop that I just rebooted?

the laptop is a dell inspiron B130.

I just rebooted it, How can I get wireless internet on it.?

Go to your control pannel, go to where it says network manager and see if it has where you can find the wireless settings.
If you live in a building that has wireless on it, you should be alright. If not, then you should get a wireless router. If that doesn't work, then you can get hooked up to a modum. I'd check first if your wireless connection is turned on by going to your control pannel.
